Real time Institute of Banking & Finance (RTIBF) is one of the special wings of Real Time Institute of Banking & Finance which is a Premiere institute of Banking & finance Training established in 2012 under Real Time Trust Registered by Indian Trust Act 1882, Govt. of India with its head office situated at Bhubaneswar, odisha. RTIBF primarily engaged in providing Training in the field of Banking & Finance Sector for young career aspirant or graduates by facilitating different finance course like PGDBF, PGBD etc. It has been operating successfully for last 6 years. Within the short span of time it has provided enough succors to the underemployed youths of the state by arranging various types of professional training program in Banking & Finance sector.

RTIBF, an autonomous training institution, is governed by a Board of Real Time Core Committee, its highest policy-making body which consist of seven members from different Banking & Finance Sectors. The Chairman of the Governing Board is a Retd. General Manager of a PSB .

The Institute is engaged in Training , Education & Research for Banking oriented knowledge for fresh & experience candidates & enhance their skill , support them to be professional in Banking sector. As an institution of advanced learning, RTIBF is well-equipped to train graduate candidates to function in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment. By providing interdisciplinary modules of theory and practical learning, participants are equipped to become masters in problem-solving. In a time 6 years the Institute, prepare more than 600 students who have completed the PG Diploma Courses & join different Banking & Financial organization in different part of odisha.
