Financial inclusion is the raising topic of Indian economy now a day.Financial inclusion
implies extending financial benefit to the poorest of the poor living in the remotest corner of the country.
Financial inclusion without financial literacy is a myth.Hence our democratic govt. financial inclusion
programme commenced with the nationalisation of 14 major banks in 1969 and JanaDhanyojana till date.
It is because of the fact that financial literacy is not yet matching with the speed of financial inclusion,Govt is givingmuch Philipfor opening of new bank branches(such as payment banks),NBFCs
and creating massivescale opportunities for the educated young people to be part in the economic progress.
Govt. is quite liberal in offering branch licenses in rural, semi urban areas, whichon other
hand would provide lacksof jobs in the financial sector in foreseeable future. The Govt.
is also bent upon creating conducive educational opportunities for the large scale unemployed
young mass by offering appropriate skill based training programmes. Otherwise the Govt. massive
plan for financial inclusion may end in smoke because of lack of skilled manpower.
Even though one gets employment through sheer luck in a financial organisation,
one may prove to be acostlyliability, a white elephant for the organisationin
case the employee lacks appropriate skills. It is wise therefore to acquire the
requisite financial skill prior to joining an organisation, so that the risk of
losing the job is minimised and the skilled employee would prove to be an invaluable
asset for the organisation.
Accordingly RTIBF, a skill imparting organisation, providing appropriate financial
literacy to eligible, qualified young people to help them to become employablein
several private banks and NBFCs.The students are selected through rigorous tests
and then given intensive training as required by the respective financial
organisations, making them ready to face the interview board with right type
of skill and knowledge.
The programme of RTIBF is time testedand widely acclaimed by variousreputed
financial organisations, who have tied up for placement in their organisations.
Our experience so for in RTIBF is a win- win situation for the students,
financial institutions, and the institute above all serving country’s financial objective.
AT RTSD, WE SUITABLY EQUIP ALL NOT ONLY TO FACE CHALLENGES BUT ALSO TO INVITE THEM TO THWART IT SUCCESSFULLY.
