Welcome to REAL TIME ACADEMY (RTA) a special body of REAL TIME TRUST TRUST registered under trust act 1882. The main aim is to develop communication skill of young mass for the sake of development of attitude.

It is important to have an influential personality, better understanding and an effective communicative language such as English, by which knowledge, discoveries and inventions can be effectively communicated to the relevant sections of the society.

Keeping this in view, we, at RTA, have initiated the ‘Soft Skill’ and the ‘English Language’ Language’ course which would, in the long run, help each participant to acquire a unique world view and also help fit to boldly face the challenges in the fiercely competitive world. RTA suitably provides a platform which help trainees equip themselves effectively and face the challenges fearlessly. This too enables them convert their freshly acquired knowledge into great assets which in turn help them exploit the relevant opportunities offered by RTA to get dream jobs.

RTA imparts modern soft skill development programmed with individual attention. This includes personality development, building of self-confidence, self-esteem and positive attitude along with impressive spoken and written English. We have our own design soft skill program which is targeted to all segments of people who is interested to speak fluent English only 3 Months. For them RTA has design 3 layer of Training which is based upon the initial skill /capacity of speaking in English at the time of admission in RTA through Screening process.

STAGE OF TRAINING IN SPOKEN ENGLISH/SOFT SKILL:-

1. Foundation Stage-
Criteria for admission foundation Stage:-
        - Candidates must be Intermediate.
        - Have skill to introduce them.
        - Age 17 to 45 yrs.
        - Duration Regular Mode/60 days.
        - Interested to regular classes.
        - Total Chargrs-3,500/-
        - Payment-Admission -1,500/- Last Installment-2,000/-
        - Mode of payments-Cash/Cheque/DD.
        - Installment-2 only (Included admission)

2. Intermediate Stage--
Criteria for admission for intermediate Stage:-
       - Candidates must be min Graduate/complete the Foundation stage.
       - Minimum he/she can introduce them.
       - Grammatical sound.
        - Age 17 to 45 yrs.
       - Duration of training 45 Days regular Mode.
       - Total charges-3,000/-
       - Payment-Admission -1,500/- Last Installment-1,500/-
       - Mode of payments-Cash/Cheque/DD.
       - Installment-2 only

1. Professional Stage-
Criteria for admission Professional Stage:-
        - Candidate must be a Graduate/complete the Intermediate stage.
       - Should have average communication skill & pronoutiation
       - Gramatical sound.
        - Age 17 to 45 yrs.
       - Duration of Training 30 days in Regular Mode.
       - Total Chargrs-3,000/-
       - Payment-Admission -1,500/- Last Installment-1,500/-
       - Mode of payments-Cash/Cheque/DD.
       - Installment-2 only
